Te Kotare

RESIDENT MEMBER - Fixed Desk - All-inclusive!

Not-for-profit, charitable, government, and social enterprise: $538 + GST per month (max 2 users per desk - $50pcm for an extra user) 
Commercial:
$680 + GST per month (T's & C's apply)

A Te Kotare membership is everything TK is about. It allows your organisation all the benefits of collective working, the connections, the collaboration, the networking, and all at a time that suits you. Let us worry about the window washing, the weeding, the light and heating bills and making sure there's milk in the fridge for your morning coffee. You have bigger fish to fry!

The Te Kotare membership provides you with a fixed piece of real estate. Hang the family pictures up, bring in the chair cushion or the back massager, and feel safe in the knowledge that your desk is available for you, at any point. Te Kotare membership is your very own home away from home.

Need to book the board room or meet clients in a cozy, private room? Or perhaps use phone booths and pods for private phone or Zoom calls? That's all included!

Te Kahu

RESIDENT MEMBER - Hot Desk

Not for profit, charitable, government & social enterprise: $323 +GST per month
Commercial: No availability

A Te Kahu membership provides you with flexibility! We’ll provide you with a "Hot Desk" for use during your time in the office and you’ll get all the benefits of membership detailed in the icons below. Te Kahu members have the advantage of being able to select any free "Hot Desk" in the building. A limited number of meeting room bookings during opening hours are included as well as the phone booths or pods for private phone or video calls. 

"Hot Desks" are flexible work spaces that aren't assigned to one person, So if you require a space that's just yours, next to your colleagues, or if you need access outside of opening hours, we highly recommend opting for a Te Kotare membership.

Monday-Thursday - 8:30am-5:00pm
Friday - 8:30am-4:00pm

Te Kererū

NON-RESIDENT MEMBER

Not for profit, charitable, government & social enterprise: $120+GST annually (max 5 users per membership)
Commercial: $250 + GST annually* T&Cs apply (max 5 users per membership)      

Are you an individual or group who already has an office? Maybe you work from home, or your own office can just get a bit busy sometimes? Perhaps you want some time out, or time "in" to connect with some awesome like-minded people. 

The Te Kererū membership offers one day a week at one of our shared desks (or 4 per month) That's a massive value of almost $1400 per year! 😍 We just ask that you take some time to get to know our community - maybe some amazing synergies and collabs can happen because of you. 

What’s included:
✔️One FREE shared desk per week (or 4 per month) from 8:30am–5pm (we close at 4pm on Fridays)
✔️Wi-Fi that keeps up with you
✔️Unlimited tea & coffee (stay caffeinated, stay brilliant)
✔️Access to public spaces for casual, non-confidential chats
✔️Meeting rooms (4–5 pax) available from $20/hr + GST                                                                              ✔️Board rooms (12-50 pax) from $35/hr + GST
✔️Access to The Classroom at $30/hr + GST
✔️Full access to our TK kitchen
✔️Private phone booths for focused calls
✔️Heating & air con to keep things comfy
✔️CCTV for peace of mind

Need more than once a week? No problem. Additional Shared Desks or dedicated Hot Desks can be purchased for you or your team on a pay as you go basis. 

Additional Shared Desk: $25 + GST per person / $50 + GST per team (up to 5), per day
Hot Desk: $30 per day

Do you want to connect with others in the for purpose space? Join our online Community Chat Board where you can connect and collaborate with those in similar lines of work to you. Ask for help or support from other members or offer your expertise. Sharing is caring! You will be invited to our awesome social and networking events and receive our monthly What's On newsletter.

Please note that this membership is online only, and does not allow you to book meeting rooms or hot desks, but you can easily upgrade to Te Kereru membership for just $2.30 per week! (Invoiced annually)

Just need a desk for the day? Whether you're a digital nomad chasing good Wi-Fi, a remote worker craving connection, or someone who just wants to see what coworking is all about - our Day Pass lets you plug in, get stuff done, and feel part of something great (even if it’s just for the day).
