Additional Information

Leave as you find: The Pavilion should be cleaned and returned to default furniture positions (map and photographs posted) at the end of your booking. Please include clean up time in your booking. 

Note: Bookings of The Pavilion require to be professional in nature. BA5, conferences, collegial gatherings etc. We cannot accept bookings for birthday parties, weddings, funerals etc. Following your booking, TK team will send a short questionaire asking of your requirements.

Private Studio Space

Description: An airy, light filled, blank canvas space suitable for meetings, presentations, photo shoots, music practice, or yoga!
Capacity: Capacity: Up to 16 classroom or boardroom style 
(Up to 30 standing or lecture style (chairs only) 
Location: Adjacent to TK main building
Furniture: 6 square flip tables and chairs. Large curved couch. Mobile white board available.

 Large TV screen for presentations (HDMI cable) /screen mirror                                                                                                    Kitchenette: Fridge, water boiler, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar.

Cost by Membership 

All membership types:  $30 per hour + GST

Non member bookings accepted on a case by case basis. Please speak with TK Team.

Toilet facilities for this space are in the main TK building during opening hours or The Historic Village (public) outside opening hours.

Our Electric Car can be booked by residential members who choose an alternative mode of transport to get to work. E-Scooters and E-Bikes are Free for members - booking essential.
